Founded in 2023, Kovas's Legacy LLC provides private training tailored to the individual dog. We serve clients seeking assistance in basic to advanced obedience training, modification of problem behaviors, and service dog assessment and training. Successful training is a Team Effort. At Kovas's Legacy we believe that it is the role of the trainer to educate the dog owner and provide the guidance necessary for the owner to form a strong working relationship with the dog. We utilize Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive (LIMA) practices and will always begin from a positive perspective, but as a balanced training company we recognize the effective role training tools have with some dogs. We do not believe one particular training method is effective for every single dog and work with the owners to provide the best and safest training methods for each client and canine partnership. Kovas's Legacy LLC is licensed in the State of Washington and Pierce County.
